WebCanSpeak tests a simple idea: instead of making AI agents scrape a website and infer what an organization means, let them discover and talk directly to the website's authoritative agent.

The hypothesis
Search can evolve from retrieve → extract → synthesize into discover → converse → clarify → act.
This first deployment intentionally separates discovery from execution. The conversational endpoint is a public prototype while we measure how current AI search systems discover and interpret agent metadata.
